Advisory

A note with CVSS 5.0 for component SV-SMG-SDD was released by SAP on 10.03.2026. The correction/advisory 3707930 was described with "3707930 - [CVE-2026-24313] Missing Authorization check in SAP Solution Tools Plug-In (ST-PI)" and affects the system type ABAP.

A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as monthly patch process.

The vulnerability addressed is missing authorization check within ABAP.

Missing authority checks are still the most common security defect related to authorizations in custom code. SAP Solution Tools Plug-In (ST-PI) allows an authenticated attacker to call a function module that does not perform the required authorization checks, potentially resulting in disclosure of system information.
