According to SAP Security Advisory team a workaround does not exist. It is advisable to implement the correction as part of maintenance.

SAP ABAP Platform allows an unauthenticated attacker to send a specially crafted request to an internal component, resulting in the disclosure of limited non-sensitive data from previously used memory.
Solution
Proper input termination has been implemented to prevent the disclosure of uninitialized memory content.
