On 12.08.2025 a security relevant correction has been released by SAP SE. The manufacturer resolves an issue within ABAP.
SAP Note 3616863 addresses "[CVE-2025-42934] CRLF Injection vulnerability in SAP S/4HANA (Supplier invoice)" to prevent http response splitting (crlf injection) with a medium risk for exploitation.
A workaround does not exist, according to SAP Security Advisory team. It is advisable to implement the correction as monthly patch process, the team suggests.

In SAP S/4HANA Supplier Invoice, an authenticated attacker with user-level privileges can inject line feed characters into application inputs to bypass the allowlist, resulting in untrusted sites being added to the Trusted Sites list.Solution
The issue has been resolved by implementing stricter URL validation that allows only the http and https schemes, ensuring proper allowlist enforcement.
